1. General Policy

aruu.in operates as a professional business entity. We expect clients (“CLIENT”) to understand and respect our policies.

• Payments must be made on time as per agreed services.
• Refunds are generally not encouraged.
• Clients should evaluate services carefully before purchase.
• If a Free Trial is offered, clients are encouraged to test features before purchasing.
• No refunds will be provided if services are suspended due to Terms & Conditions violations.

2. Setup Fees

Setup fees cover administrative, configuration, onboarding, or technical setup expenses.

Setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• All services will be immediately suspended.
• Completed work may be reversed or disabled.
• Chargeback penalties imposed on aruu.in will be recovered from the CLIENT.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before restoration.

For billing concerns, contact us before initiating disputes.

4. Account Suspension

• Payments overdue by more than 15 days may result in suspension.
• Prepaid services remain active until expiry date only.
• Violation of Terms & Conditions may result in termination.
• Termination due to violations is non-refundable.

5. Return Policy (Hardware Products - If Applicable)

• Hardware products are non-returnable.
• Servicing is subject to valid manufacturer warranty.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Service misuse
• Change of mind after activation
• Setup fees
• Completed services

7. Prohibited Activities

We do not provide services for:

• Gambling-related activities
• Illegal content distribution
• Fraudulent or unlawful operations
• Activities violating applicable laws

Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
